These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aithor ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

aithor is an AI-powered platform that researches, generates and publishes blog content, and integrates with WordPress sites. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to connect any website or blog you link to the Service.

3. Plans, credits and billing

Paid plans include a monthly allowance of article credits. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the policies of connected platforms (including WordPress and search engines). You are responsible for reviewing published content.

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content generated for your account and published to your sites. You grant aithor the limited rights necessary to operate the Service (such as storing, processing and publishing content on your behalf).

6. AI-generated content

Content is generated using automated models and may require review. aithor does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or business outcomes.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aithor is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
